HVB testing engineer

Tasks:

1. Issue cars/cluster handling

-Information checking, collection .e.g,.
Background,complains,

-Define potenial failure mode, based on issue guidance.

-Pre-analysis based on trace or quick test and clarify the
failue type. e.g., HW or SW

-Assign issues to function owner and tracking issue status.
e.g., checking whether issues are arrived at right function department/owner,
review and tracking the todos from 8D report

-Well documents in template or system

2.Testing management

-Define testing schedule with different stakeholders and
create testing plan with test cases.

-Testing preparation. e.g., vehicles, test benches, software
packages, loggers, and other relevant equipment shall be prepared prior to each
test round.

-Downloading and flashing of software packages into
vehicles, test benches, or individual ECUs.

-Issue re-produce, trace and DTC analysis and figure out
potential root cause.

-Create issue testing report and assign to related function
owner. Tracking todos with stakeholders.

3.Management report support

-Date collection, update and the information complete. eg.,
status report, Jira issue statistic overview etc.

4.Special topic support. e.g.,test case analysis,
supplier quality issue, plant quality

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience in vehicle testing,
E-drive component is preferred. e.g.,EV/PHEV battery, 48V battery, eATS and
DCB, etc.

2. Knowledge of
application tools and software like CANoe, INCA, DTS etc.

3. Good English communication skills to align and steer
multiple engineers from different departments to achieve the requested result

4. Chinese & English speaking (German is a plus)
