• Proficient in Upperbody development: Bodyside assy., A/B/CD Pillar assy., Roof assy. Parcel Shelf assy., Door Assy., Hood assy., Fender assy..
• Proficient in Underbody and BPH development: Engine compartment, Front End, Front Floor, Middle Floor, Rear Floor, battery housing

2. DESIGN COMPETENCE
• Good capability for 3D design;
• Good capability for 2D design;
• Good capability of DMU analysis;
• Good capability of Styling feasibility analysis;
• Good capability of Section design
• Good process knowledge about stamping, welding, hemming, painting and assembly;
• Good process knowledge about Aluminum connection process, FDS,FSW,CMT…
• Good Knowledge about geometry and tolerance rule;
• Good ENCAP and CNCAP knowledge;
• Good Material knowledge;
• Good capability for Interface management;
• Good capability for Timing/Cost/Quality management;
• Knowledge about geometry and tolerance rule
• Good capability of officialization on 3DCOM
• Finalized BOM with detail information such as weight, material, thickness with direction, level, etc;
• Good knowledge of product try-out and prototype follow-up;
• Good communication skill and team leading ability.

3. EXPERIENCE in VEHICLE DEVELOPMENT
• At least 6 years Closure design experience
• Experience in Styling/Manufacture feasibility
• Familiar with vehicle development process
• Good capability of Communication & Reporting skill
• Be able to manage oversea suppliers, including animation of quality, cost, planning and performance convergence.

4. LANGUAGE
• Chinese
• Fluent English is mandatory, including oral and written
• French is plus
