Duties and Responsibilities:

工作职责

1、从事小学语文的教学工作，实施授课；

2、根据学生的具体情况，制定教学计划，并实时监控学生接受课程辅导的成效；

3、积极参加学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、会议等活动，参与教学评估，保证授课质量；

4、定期与本学科组内教师进行教研交流，教学研究，接受校方安排的各种检测和培训，不断提高业务水平；

5.完成学校和部门安排的其他任务。

1.Engaged in primary Chinese teaching work, implementation of teaching;

2.According to the specific situation of students, develop teaching plans, and real-time monitoring of the effectiveness of students to receive course guidance;

3.Actively participate in various training, teaching research, conferences and other activities organized by the school and departments, participate in teaching evaluation, and ensure the quality of teaching;

4.Regular teaching and research exchanges with teachers in the discipline group, teaching and research, accept various tests and training arranged by the school, and constantly improve the level of teaching.

5.Completing other tasks assigned by the school and the department.
