岗位职责Responsibilities：


1. 熟悉模具设计：熟悉分型面、滑块/斜顶机构、浇注系统（热流道/冷流道）、冷却系统设计，排气系统等，并能指导模具的优化设计。

Familiar with mold design: familiar with parting line, slider/inclined top mechanism,gating system (hot runner/cold runner), cooling system design, venting system,etc., and be able to guide the optimization design of mold.

2. 工艺调试：熟悉注塑参数（温度、压力、速度），优化注塑过程中各种缺陷。

Process debugging: be familiar with injection molding parameters (temperature, pressure, speed), and optimize various defects from the tooling side in the injection molding process.

3. 材料知识：熟悉工程塑料（PP, ABS, PC, PA+GF等）特性及对模具寿命的影响。

Material knowledge: familiar with the characteristics of engineering plastics (PP, ABS, PC, PA GF, etc.) and their impact on the life of the mold.

4. 模流分析：熟练使用Moldflow进行填充、冷却、翘曲预测，能解读并分析相关报告。

Mold flow analysis: Proficient in using Moldflow for filling, cooling, and warpage
prediction, and able to interpret and analyze relevant reports.

5. 掌握模具加工工艺及装配调试；具备模具保养、维修与寿命管理能力。

Master the mold processing technology and assembly and debugging; It has the ability of mold maintenance, repair and life management.

6. 熟悉各种模具钢材料选型及热处理工艺。

Familiar with various die steel material selection and heat treatment process.

7. 项目管理：主导模具开发全周期：评审DFM报告、供应商审核、成本控制、试模问题跟踪直至量产。

Project management: lead the whole cycle of mold development: review DFM report, supplier review, cost control, mold trial problem tracking until mass production.

8. 风险识别与升级机制处理能力。

Risk identification and escalation mechanism processing capacity.

9. 需与客户、供应商、生产部门高效沟通，解决技术争议（如OEM特殊要求）。

Efficient communication with customers, suppliers, and production departments to resolve technical disputes (such as OEM special requirements).

10. 流利英语（书面及口语），支持国际团队合作。

Fluent in English (written and spoken) and support international teamwork.

11. 熟悉精益工具（如SMED快速换模、TPM），推动工艺优化与成本降低，能通过数据分析（OEE、报废率）识别改善点。

Familiar with lean tools (such as SMED quick mold change, TPM), promote process optimization and cost reduction, and be able to identify improvement points through data analysis (OEE, scrap rate).



岗位要求Job requirements：

1. 学历：要求大专及以上学历。

Education and Majors Education: College degree or above is generally required.

2. 专业：模具设计与制造、机械工程、高分子材料、机电一体化等相关领域。Majors: mold design and manufacturing, mechanical engineering, polymer materials, mechatronics and other related fields.

3. 8~10年经验，需具备复杂注塑模具开发或项目管理经验。

Work experience 8~10 years of experience, with complex injection mold development or project management experience.

4. 汽车零部件模具经验。

Experience in auto parts molds.

5. 熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系。

Familiar with IATF 16949 quality management system。

6. 掌握Catia/UG/AutoCAD等设计软件。

Master Catia/UG/AutoCAD and other design software.
