Tasks and Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1. Employee management in the production workshop, including the arrangement of daily plans, employee safety, efficiency, performance, etc

生产车间员工管理，包括每日计划的安排、员工安全、员工的效率，绩效等

2. Workshop equipment management,implementation of equipment inspection system, and execution of equipment maintenance and repair plans

车间设备管理、落实设备点检制度、执行设备维修保养计划

3. Material and warehouse management in the production workshop, tool and fixture management, etc

生产车间、仓库物料管理、工具夹具管理等

4. Production quality management, implementation of the first article inspection and procedure inspection, timely notification of quality problems occurring in the workshop, prompt resolution and improvement

生产质量管理、落实首件检验和过程检验、及时通报车间中发生的质量问题、及时解决并加以改善

5. Workshop process management, including formulating the workshop production process documents, implementing and improving production process (assembly and machining processes)

车间工艺管理，包括制定生产工艺文件、执行以及改善生产工艺（装配和机加工工艺）

6. Other related work arranged by the company or Production Manager

公司或生产经理安排的其他相关工作

Skills and Experiences:

任职资格：

1. College degree or above, proficient in machining, assembly, machine, tooling and other related professional knowledge

大专及以上学历，精通加工装配相关的流程、工艺、设备等专业知识

2. at least 3 years of experience in production planning, low volume custom products or metal valve industry preferred

至少3年以上生产管理经验，小批量定制产品或金属阀门行业优先

3. Good English reading and writing ability

良好的英文读写能力

4. Experienced in and able to use standard office software (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)

熟练使用标准办公软件（Excel, Word, Outlook等）

5. Strict logical thinking and skills of overall plans making

具有严密的逻辑思维与统筹管理能力

6. Familiar with all aspects of production planning and skills of problem solving

熟悉生产计划涉及的各个环节，以及解决问题的能力

7. Have good professional ethical qualities, down-to-earth and steady, strong execution

有良好的职业道德素养，踏实稳重，执行力强

8. Good communication skills and team player, English speaker is preferred

良好的沟能技巧和团队意识，能用英语沟通者优先
