ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support fleet events investigation and complicated fleet issue solving by collecting fleet data, summarize fleet experience, tracking investigation progress.
• Support customer technical inquiries cases management, tracking.
• Support customer technical communication, action items following up and tracking.
• Create and maintain regional fleet scorecard
• Support fleet leading indication program by collecting data, collaborating with PSE hardware owners and Life Cycle Engineers
• Support digital tooling development to assist tracking, documentation fleet experience
• Support Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Manual maturation, manual paragraph change draft and review.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Bachelor’s degree or plus in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
• 3+ years of experience in turbofan engine engineering position or 3+ years on commercial engine line maintenance or systems trouble shooting experience.
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• 3+ years of experience in aircraft engine hardware design, analysis, testing or integration is highly desirable

• Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
