Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver practical Business English training for employees (individuals & groups), focusing on meetings, presentations, emails, and technical discussions relevant to the semiconductor industry.

• Develop customized lesson plans and materials based on departmental needs.

• Conduct training sessions to improve fluency, pronunciation, listening comprehension, and professional communication confidence.

• Track participant progress and provide feedback.

• Help foster an English-immersive environment within the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• * Native English speaker.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Recognized TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (min. 120 hours).

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching Business English to adults, preferably in a corporate/technical environment.

• Excellent cross-cultural communication and presentation skills.

• Professional, adaptable, and passionate about teaching.

• Must be eligible to work in China. Experience living/working in China or Asia is a plus.
