职位描述
1.New project launch, QG process / 新项目导入，QG流程
2.Lead the project quotation in production, plan and collect input data在制造部门，负责产品的报价的数据收集和规划
3.Contact window with customer on project schedule and delivery作为与客户对接窗口，制定新项目，新产品排程及交期
4.Coordinate internally for project launch readiness (BOM,Process, Material, Tooling)生产内部协调跟踪，确保BOM，原材料，夹具等相关准备按照项目计划周期进行
5. Product document owner for process flow chart, P-FMEA and Control plan.流程图，P-FMEA和控制计划等产品文件的负责人
6.Arrange EWAK and D-sample production,follow sample quality and On time deliveryEWAK, D-sample计划排程及生产,确保样件满足质量要求，及时交付
7.Support QMC to prepare PPAP document支持客户质量部门准备PPAP的文件
8.Engineer Change owner / 工程变更负责人
9.Initiate Internal ECR and Coordinate ECR implementation发起内部的工程变更，协调工程变更执行Follow up ECR status, KPI monitoring and action plan
10.跟踪ECR 执行状态，监控ECR指标，针对不达标项，采取必要行动
11.Drive Quality & Cost & Delivery KPIs 驱动产品的质量、成本及交付达到各项指标
12.Prepare the monthy QCD KPI report and action defined with owner每月完成QCD KPI报告与责任人制定改进计划
13.Regulr meeting with lead plant for KPI sharing and lesson learnt与lead plant 定期报告KPI 现状，经验学习分享
14.Quality issue support for delivery fulfillment, risk assesement if deviation existing协助质量事故处理， 确保产品及时交付。当产品质量有偏差时，协调风险评估
15.Owner for existing process improvement for cost reduction主导现有工艺流程的成本改进
16.Char RPP activity for target achievement主导降本项目实施，以达成指标
17. MAE and EWAK tooling cost plan and control设备及治工具成本预算及控制
18.Support BPS engineer to setup logitics flow setup/maintain with customer协助BPS工程师建立及维护与客户间的logitics flow
19.New line release/new process/process change for customer approval针对新生产线，新工艺流程或现有工艺流程的改变，按照相应要求获得客户批准
20.Customer visit / audit 主导客户到访及审核
21.Perform task's assigned by planning manager执行规划经理分配的工作

任职条件
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.2 years on project management
3.Project management ability
