- Develop
and execute sales strategies for apparel export markets, targeting new
buyers and achieving quarterly revenue goals.
- Identify
prospects, manage leads, and negotiate deals with retailers and distributors
(e.g., department stores, chains).
- Build relationships with overseas clients
via email, calls, WhatsApp, and trade shows; follow up inquiries to
convert to orders.
- Collaborate
with merchandisers on quotes, samples, and production capabilities to
close sales.
- Track sales pipeline, report performance,
and analyze market trends for apparel (fabrics, trends, competitors).
- Travel
domestically/internationally as needed for client visits and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in apparel/garment export sales; proven
track record hitting targets in US/Europe markets.
- Bachelor's in Business/International Trade;
moderate to good English (written/spoken) + Mandarin (CET-6+ level). - Strong
negotiation, CRM/Excel skills; experience with ERP or sales tools a plus.
- Self-motivated leader comfortable working
independently in fast-paced export environment.
