Responsibilities职责

• Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for operations,commercial, and finance.为运营、商务及财务部门准备月度财务分析报告以及临时财务分析报告。

Develop, monitor, and manage the site budgets; provide variance analysis and implement corrective actions as needed. 制定、监控和管理工厂预算；提供差异分析，并根据需要采取纠正措施。

• Analyse financial results through the close process to identify key performance drivers and opportunities. 通过结账流程对财务结果进行分析，以确定关键绩效驱动因素和潜在机会。

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities; monitor and control operational expenses. 识别并实施节约成本的机会；监控和控制运营费用。

• Analysing the financial data of the site and being the primary point of contact for the Operations,Finance, and Accountancy Organizations. 分析工厂的财务数据，并作为与运营部门、财务部门以及会计机构沟通的主要联络人。

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies; manage audits and internal controls. 确保遵守财务法规和公司政策；管理审计工作和内部控制。

Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making. 制定财务预测和预估方案，以支持战略决策。

Collaborate with site leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives. 与工厂管理层合作制定并执行符合业务目标的财务战略。

Utilize financial systems and tools to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. 运用财务系统和工具来提高报告的效率与准确性。

• Continuous improvement in processes, including conversion to more automated processes. 持续改进流程，包括向更自动化的流程转变。

Requirements:基本要求

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 拥有会计学、金融学或相关领域的学士学位；拥有注册会计师（CPA）或同等资质证书者优先。

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. 至少有 5 年以上财务管理工作经验，有制造业或工业领域工作经验者优先

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards. 对财务法规、会计原则和报告标准有深入的了解。

Proven ability to communicate and present solutions at a senior management level. 具备向高级管理层沟通并展示解决方案的可靠能力。

Fluent in both Chinese and English. 中英文流利。
