Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the APQP process of new product development.

2. Responsible for new product design, process verification, and solving process - related problems.

3. Responsible for the overall planning of new projects and mass - production transfer management.

4. Responsible for development schedule management and summarizing deliverables at each stage.

5. Responsible for following up on client - side projects.

6. Provide training and technical support to the manufacturing and quality departments.

7. Responsible for the development of auxiliary materials and tooling inspection fixtures.

8. File management.

9. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Majors related to product design，mechanical engineering, mechatronics, etc.

2. Proficient in using office software; CET - 4 or above.

3. Proficient in using drawing software such as CATIA and Auto CAD.

4. Familiar with the APQP process of new product development and requirements at each stage.

5. Capable of independent design, pattern - following, and communication with clients.

6. Familiar with the DGCCRF standard, with the ability to plan and organize project implementation.
