我们正在寻找一位充满激情、结果导向的海外销售专业人士,加入我们的国际化团队。本岗位将主要负责公司流式细胞仪系列产品及相关体外诊断(IVD)试剂在指定海外市场的推广、销售和业务拓展工作。您将成为连接公司与海外客户的关键桥梁,致力于提升品牌影响力并实现销售目标。
主要职责
市场开发与销售
负责在指定的海外区域(如:欧洲、东南亚、拉丁美洲等)开发新客户,并维护现有客户关系。
负责完成甚至超越分配的销售指标和市场份额目标。
积极寻找并跟进销售线索,管理整个销售漏斗,完成从潜在客户到订单成交的全过程。
向海外客户(包括大学、科研机构、医院、临床检验中心等)专业地介绍和演示流式细胞仪产品及IVD试剂。
组织或参与海外展会、学术会议和技术研讨会,提升产品知名度。
为客户提供初步的技术应用支持和售后协调,收集并反馈市场信息。
渠道管理与策略制定
协助管理和支持海外分销商/代理商,提供必要的培训和销售工具,确保其业绩达标。
分析区域市场趋势、竞争对手动态,并制定相应的销售策略与行动计划。
跨部门协作 :
与市场、产品、研发和售后团队紧密合作,共同推动产品优化和市场活动的有效执行。
任职要求
大专及以上学历。
工作经验
具备3年以上的海外销售经验。
拥有成熟的海外市场(如欧美、东南亚等)销售经验及客户资源者优先。
产品知识
深入了解流式细胞技术原理及其在科研或临床诊断中的应用。熟悉IVD试剂法规和市场者为佳。
语言能力
具备优秀的英语沟通能力,能够熟练进行商务谈判、技术交流和书面报告。
掌握其他外语(如西班牙语、法语、俄语等)者优先考虑。
出色的沟通、演示和人际交往能力,能够与不同文化背景的客户有效建立关系。
强烈的自驱力和目标感,能够适应频繁的海外出差。
具备独立解决问题的能力和团队合作精神。
优先条件
有在知名流式细胞仪或IVD厂商工作经验者。
拥有海外留学或工作背景者。
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven overseas sales professional to join our global team. This position will be primarily responsible for the promotion, sales, and business development of our flow cytometry systems and related In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) reagents in designated international markets. You will serve as a key bridge between the company and our overseas clients, dedicated to enhancing brand influence and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Develop new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships in designated overseas regions (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America).
Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and market share objectives.
Proactively seek and follow up on sales leads, manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
Product Promotion & Technical Support:
Professionally present and demonstrate flow cytometry products and IVD reagents to overseas customers (including universities, research institutes, hospitals, clinical testing centers, etc.).
Organize or participate in overseas exhibitions, academic conferences, and technical workshops to enhance product visibility.
Provide initial technical application support and coordinate after-sales services, collecting and feeding back market intelligence.
Channel Management & Strategy:
Assist in managing and supporting overseas distributors/agents, providing necessary training and sales tools to ensure their performance meets targets.
Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities, and develop corresponding sales strategies and action plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product management, R&D, and after-sales teams to drive product optimization and the effective execution of marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
College's degree or above in Biotechnology, Medicine, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related life science fields.
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of overseas sales experience in flow cytometry or related IVD/Life Science instruments.
Proven experience and existing customer network in overseas markets (e.g., Europe, America, Southeast Asia) is highly preferred.
Product Knowledge:
Solid understanding of flow cytometry technology and its applications in research or clinical diagnostics. Familiarity with IVD reagent regulations and markets is a plus.
Language Skills:
Excellent command of English, with the ability to conduct business negotiations, technical communication, and written reports fluently.
Proficiency in other foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Russian) is a strong advantage.
Personal Competencies:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strong self-motivation and goal-orientation, with the ability to adapt to frequent international travel.
Problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working for a renowned flow cytometry or IVD manufacturer.
Study or work experience abroad.
