职位描述
(一) 岗位职责：
a) 负责400亩基地车厘子作物的种植管理：病虫害防治、施肥灌溉、授粉、温度控制、农作物保护；
b) 负责对基地农作物及生长进行详细的数据采集、记录备案；
c) 指导种植、进行田间管理，同时优化种植、采收环节和食品安全卫生环节；
d) 助理农场总监组织生产、管理工人、物资等；
e) 助理管理层与当地政府、村委及其他相关职位沟通、协调工作；
f) 上级安排的其他事。
(二) 任职要求：
a) 年龄：30-45岁；
b) 汇报对象：农场总监；
c) 教育背景：农林院校毕业，农学、植物保护、园艺、农艺等相关专业本科以上；硕士优先；
d) 工作经验：6-12年相关种植技术工作经验，3年以上有车厘子种植经验优先；
e) 语言：汉语和英语。
(三) 资格技能：
a) 吃苦耐劳，愿意从基层做起工作认真细心、责任心强；
b) 学习能力强、具有钻研精神；
c) 自律、高效、守时；
d) 个性积极主动、善于沟通；
e) 具有项目管理经验优先。
(四) 管理及其他技能：
a) 能够团队管理、为员工提供技术培训，管理种植工人；
b) 良好的沟通表达技能和跨部门协作能力。

Job Description
(I) Job Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for the cultivation management of cherry crops on a 400-acre base, including pest and disease control, fertilization and irrigation, pollination, temperature control, and crop protection.
b) Responsible for detailed data collection, recording, and archiving of base crops and their growth.
c) Guide planting activities, conduct field management, and optimize planting, harvesting, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
d) Assist the Farm Director in organizing production, managing workers, materials, etc.
e) Assist management in communicating and coordinating with local government, village committees, and other relevant parties.
f) Other tasks assigned by superiors.
(II) Qualifications:
a) Age: 30-45 years old.
b) Reports to: Farm Director.
c) Education: Bachelor's degree or above from an agricultural or forestry university, majoring in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
d) Work Experience: 6-12 years of relevant planting technical work experience; over 3 years of cherry planting experience preferred.
e) Language: Chinese and English.
(III) Skills & Competencies:
a) Diligent and hardworking, willing to start from the grassroots level; meticulous, responsible, and strong sense of accountability.
b) Strong learning ability and a spirit of dedication to research.
c) Self-disciplined, efficient, and punctual.
d) Proactive personality with excellent communication skills.
e) Project management experience preferred.
(IV) Management & Other Skills:
a) Capable of team management, providing technical training to staff, and managing planting workers.
b) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-departmental collaboration abilities.
