职位描述:
1) 会计核算:负责组织制造业公司的会计核算工作,监督和管理日常会计业务,审阅公司对外报送的财务报表,确保财务信息的准确性和及时性。
Accounting management: responsible for organizing the company's accounting work, supervising and managing daily accounting operations, reviewing the financial statements submitted by the company to the outside world, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
2) 预算管理和成本控制:组织实施预算管理,审核各项费用支出和现金管理,控制成本费用,确保公司资金的合理运用。
Budget management and cost control: organize and implement budget management, review various expenses and cash management, control cost expenses, and ensure the rational use of company funds.
3) 税务管理和合规性:负责税务申报、税收筹划和税务风险控制,确保公司符合国家税收政策和相关法规。
Tax management and compliance: Responsible for tax declaration, tax planning, and tax risk control, ensuring that the company complies with national tax policies and relevant regulations.
4) 内部控制和风险管理:建立和完善制造业公司财务管理制度,实施内部控制,监督财务流程,规避财税风险,确保公司财务活动的合规性和安全性。
Internal Control and Risk Management: Establish and improve the company's financial management system, implement internal controls, supervise financial processes, avoid financial and tax risks, and ensure the compliance and safety of the company's financial activities.
5) 报表编制和分析:编制月度、季度和年度的财务报告,进行财务分析,为公司决策提供数据支持。
Report preparation and analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and provide data support for company decision-making
6) 配合内外部审计,确保各种审计活动顺利进行;
Ensure to support all activities surrounding the different audits performed by outside or internal auditors;
7) 与银行、税务局和当地机构保持良好的沟通交流;
Conducting its relationships with banks, authorities such as Tax Bureau, local authorities;
8) 部门管理和人员培训:管理和培养会计部门人员,组织业务学习和技能培训,提高团队的整体素质和工作效率。
Department management and personnel training: Manage and cultivate accounting department personnel, organize business learning and skill training, and improve the overall quality and work efficiency of the team.
简历要求:
1)会计、财务管理等相关专业本科及以上学历
Accounting or finance related major, bachelor or above
2)持有中级以上会计职称,具备丰富的财务知识和实际操作经验
Holding middle-level accountant certificate, with rich accounting and finance knowledge and operational experiences
3)至少5年以上的制造业会计管理或财务管理工作经验,熟悉国家财经政策和相关法律法规。
More than 5 years of related accounting or financial management experiences in manufacture, familiar with governmental policies and related laws and regulations.
4)技能要求:熟练使用财务软件和办公软件,具备良好的沟通、协调和组织能力。
Familiar with software of accounting and office, ERP experience is a plus, good communication and coordination skills, good at in organizational skills.
5)英语熟练,可工作交流
Fluent English for work communication
