Key Accountabilities:
• Execution of agreed parts and projects of China Technology agenda.
• Lead on technology value offer development for key customers and prospects.
• Responsible for the development and management of new accounts for different markets: PCMO, CVL, Transmission etc.
• Understand lubes product application and familiar with relevant performance claim and technical approval.
• Good relationship building skills and be able to build rapport with the key technology people in our target OEMs and key accounts.
• To provide technical support to the auto OEM Sales Force, with strategic directions from superior.
• To ensure all KPIs for area are delivered successfully.
• Key Challenges:
• Able to commercialize technical elements for sales and marketing application.
• To communicate, control and coordinate the technical activities of Sales Forces.
• To improve OEM customer relationships and contact management, resolve daily enquiries, through technical aspects.
Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor degree or above, major in engineer or automobile, profound knowledge in lubricants would be preferred.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive industry, familiar with engine and transmission development process ;
• Good project management skill and great team works.
• Fluent in oral and written English & external communication
• Adapt for frequent business travel up to 50%.
