Job Description:

· Responsible for the design, development, and iteration of overseas B-end payment applications and capabilities. This involves ensuring the secure and efficient operation of merchant-side payment transactions (card swiping, chip insertion, card tapping, QR code scanning, etc.), and leading the construction of a reusable, scalable payment technology foundation to support the rapid rollout of payment services across global regions.

· Explore the technical ecosystem in the payment field, keep abreast of cutting-edge trends like componentization and intelligentization, and leverage AIGC capabilities to drive technological innovation by integrating platformization requirements with payment scenarios. This will enhance the product's core competitiveness and business delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Application Empowerment and Component-based Development: Develop core payment functions using Java/Kotlin; lead the building of payment capabilities, identify and implement reusable core modules in business processes, and support rapid onboarding of payment services across global regions, scenarios, and languages.

· Architecture Design and Implementation: Participate in the planning of payment application architecture, build a modular and component-based technical system, define inter-service interface specifications and integration standards, and resolve issues related to cross-application/cross-version function reuse and compatibility.

· Technical Alignment and Platform Empowerment: Collaborate with product, testing, and business teams to align technical requirements; output technical documents and integration manuals for unified modules to enable internal teams to reuse them quickly and reduce development costs for new businesses.

· Performance Optimization and Quality Assurance: Responsible for performance optimization of payment applications and modules; lead the development of unit tests and automated test scripts; take the lead in troubleshooting and fixing online issues; adapt to payment needs in overseas regions to ensure the compatibility and stability of platformization capabilities.

· Technological Innovation: Combine the evolution of new technologies (AI capabilities) with current pain points in payment businesses, propose innovative optimization solutions (such as intelligent customer service, risk identification, and problem diagnosis), and lead prototype development and technical verification.

Skills Required:

· Educational and Professional Background: A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related majors.

· Language Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing English, Japanese, or French, with strong oral communication skills. Capable of independently interfacing with overseas teams and conducting cross-team as well as overseas technical communications.

· Technology Stack & Development Experience: 3+ years of Android application development experience, or 5+ years of Java backend development experience. Familiar with basic data structures and algorithms; able to independently design and code complex modules and platform-level components. Experience in Android application or basic library development is a big bonus.

· Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting Capabilities: Master performance optimization methods for Android or JAVA systems. Possess capabilities in troubleshooting and resolving issues for large-scale online applications. Have experience in diagnosing and addressing performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and stability issues; familiar with optimization directions such as CPU usage optimization and system response speed improvement.

· Technological Innovation Capabilities: Priority will be given to candidates with experience in implementing AI-related technologies, including but not limited to: integrating AI capabilities such as RAG and Graph RAG on the mobile side or in backend services, and having experience in independently designing and driving the implementation of AI-powered functional modules from concept to launch.

Bonus Skills:

· Cross-Cultural Competence: Possess experience in leading international or cross-regional development teams, with cross-cultural communication skills. Candidates with overseas work or study experience are also preferred.

· Technical Expertise & Project Experience: Have accumulated expertise in cloud computing (including distributed architecture, containerization, microservices, etc.) and big data (including data warehouses, real-time computing). Hold experience in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale projects in related fields; familiar with the application and optimization of mainstream cloud services and big data tools.

· Payment Business & Security Knowledge: Understand financial payment-related business scenarios and key processes. Have payment-related project experience, grasp basic terminal payment processes, and be familiar with basic payment security knowledge (e.g., key encryption mechanisms). Capable of implementing security and compliance capabilities in line with platformization requirements.

· Security Fundamentals: Possess basic knowledge in the security field, including system security, communication security, common security algorithms and principles, and basic security guidelines.

· Education Background: Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related majors. Priority will be given to graduates from top universities such as 211 and 985 institutions, as well as renowned international universities ranked within QS Top 100.
