职责描述：

Classroom Practice 课堂实践

1. Lesson planning, delivery, assessment and recording 备课、授课、评估和记录

2. Co-teaching with native English teachers (0-6’s) 与外教共同进行日常教学（0-6岁幼儿）

3. Giving constructive feedback to student’s performance 给学生表现以积极的反馈

4. Subject/class responsibilities 对所授科目/任教班级责任

5. Adapting work to ELL and Learning Support needs 调整教学以适应英语作为第二语言学习以及学习支持的需要

6. Pastoral care of students 对学生无微不至的关怀

7. Record and assess student’s performance from physical, cognitive, social and emotional domains and so on 对学生身体、认知、社会和情感等方面的成长进行评估和记录



Commitment beyond the classroom 课外义务

1. Attendance at and contribution to school meetings 出席并参与学校各项会议

2. Participation in professional development activities within and outside the school 参加校内和校外的专业发展培训

3. Responsible for demo class to enroll new students 配合进行示范教学帮助招生

4. Parent liaison where there are student concerns 有关学生事宜时,与其家长联络

5. Organize parent-teacher conference 组织家长会

6. Organize student field trips 组织学生的户外活动


Team Work 团队工作

1. Pastoral care of staff 关心同事

2. Collaboration with colleagues positively同事间的积极协作

3. If needed, substituting with each other with approval from the director如果需要，在教务间协调状况允许之下，为相关教师代课

Education Administration 教务行政

1. Keeping daily documents appropriately保管所有的每日记录

2. Teaching materials preparation 课程材料的提前准备

3. Classroom environment and display 教室环境以及展示

4. Keep confidential of all information共享信息的保密

5. Maintain positive relationship with parents 与学生家长的积极沟通

6. Ensure all certificates are valid确保所有资格证书处于有效期内



任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above of early childhood education background or relevant majors儿童早期教育或相关专业的本科以上学历

2. Overseas Education Background is preferable有海外留学背景

3. Holding a CET 6 certification is a must, TEM 8 is preferable 大学英语6级，英语能力专业八级优先

4. A minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in preschool or elementary school 有两年及以上的在小学或幼儿园的工作背景优先

5. Holding a CPR & First Aid certification持有与婴儿/幼儿/学龄前/学龄儿童相关的安全措施证书

6. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin 优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力
