1. 监督员工工作；

2. 监督承办商（安保秩序）工作：
3. 协同推进安保及消防演练及培训；
4. 协助及处理客户的投诉；

5. 协助对接租户；
6. 协助及处理行政工作：
7. 公司/上级安排的其他工作；
8. 若部门经理缺勤，替代其完成相应的工作
9. 与其他部门保持良好的协作和沟通关系，经常主动沟通，使项目正常的运作。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历；

2.8年及以上物业管理行业从业经验，2年以上团队管理经验；

3.具备高端零售项目物管经验者优先；

4.具备静安区项目物管经验者优先；
