任职要求：

1. 统招本科或以上学历（机械工程、电气电子工程、系统工程、生命科学或相似领域），具有质量管理、认证管理、设备管理、生产管理等相关专业知识。

2. 5年或以上医疗器械相关行业工作经验，3年或以上质量管理工作经验，3年或以上团队管理工作经验。

3. 熟悉医疗器械质量管理体系的法规、标准、政策，质量意识强，了解行业发展情况，懂得企业质量管理实务。

4. 具有检验规程、测试方法开发与确认的管理经验。

5. 具备统计学理论与工具的知识与实践，能定义样品容量和进行数据分析。

6. 具有风险分析、FMEA、危害分析、几何尺寸与公差（GD&T）经验。

7. 具有ISO 13485内审员、6 Sigma绿带等资质者优先。

8. 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件。

9. 英语CET-4或同等水平，听说读写熟练。

10. 具有独立思考能力，主观能动性强，工作认真细致，逻辑性强，原则性强，有较强的沟通协调、语言表达和文字处理能力，良好的团队合作精神。
