Roles and Responsibilities 岗位职责

• Organizing IT Department, Structure and Personnel 部门架构及人员组织管理
• A ligning School Processes with system applications IT相关流程及系统/应用程序的管理
• Controlling IT Costs & Resources IT相关资源管理及成本控制
• Managing Network Infrastructure & Information Security Systems 组织及管理网络基础设施的搭建及信息系统安全
• Directing Projects & Tasks Management 项目/任务管理
• Identifying user needs and provide solutions 识别用户需求并提供相应的解决方案

Qualifications 岗位要求

资质要求：

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 计算机/信息技术或相关领域专业，本科
• IT Certificates: CCNA, CCIE, MCSE, Exchange Server, ITIL, or related industrial standards.具备相关的IT技能文凭，如：CCNA, CCIE, MCSE, Exchange Server, ITIL 等。

IT经验要求：

• At least 3 years managerial working experience. 至少3年以上IT管理工作经验
• Require knowledge and experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration(Version 2016 or above).具备Microsoft Windows Server 系统实践管理经验(版本 2016 或以上)。
• Experience in TCP/IP networking techniques (e.g., Router/Firewall setup).具备TCP/IP 网络技术经验 (例 Router/Firewall)

其他要求：

• Good analytical and creative mind, and ownership for job commitment.良好的分析及创新思维，有担当。
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.良好的英语、中文/普通话沟通及书写能力
