职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial enquiries to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective families.
• Collaborate with academic team to conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective families, with the accurate and up-to-date school information.
• Ensure the school admissions activities are conducted in accordance with the school admissions process and standards. Constantly use data to evaluate the effectiveness of admissions events and information sessions to improve the conversion.
• Monitor on the enrolment progress and take timely actions to achieve the yearly enrolment target. Provide timely enrolment related analysis and reports, including projections towards the next year, based on the solid data.
• Plan and implement comprehensive admissions plan to promote and attract the prospective families to our campus.
• Conduct market research to identify the effective admissions channels and approaches for the area.
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years working experience in relevant industries and working experience in schools;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Strong cross-cultural awareness;
• Presentable, well-organized, able to work under pressure.
