on End-to-End Supply Chain Operations

Support
the Head of Global Supply Chain in managing end-to-end supply chain
operations for commercial products, including global sourcing and
procurement, production planning with Contract Manufacturing Organizations
(CMOs), international logistics, and global distribution, ensuring
uninterrupted and compliant supply to global markets.

3.1.2

New
Product Launch Support

Support
new product launches across raw material procurement, packaging components
(cartons, inserts, shipper cases, etc.), label and artwork development,
serialization and aggregation setup, packaging execution, shipment
palletization, and market delivery. Ensure full compliance with applicable
regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, DSCSA) and internal SOPs.

3.1.3

Global
Sourcing & Commercial Procurement

Lead
global sourcing and procurement activities for commercial products across the
US and China markets, including overseas and local API suppliers, CMOs,
logistics providers, and 3PL partners.

Manage
material demand forecasting, inventory replenishment planning, purchase order
management, and end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (OTD) processes.

Ensure
all verbal and written communications with external partners are conducted to
a high professional standard.

3.1.4

Vendor
& Supplier Management

Support
vendor management activities, including supplier selection and onboarding. Assist
the Quality team with global supplier qualification processes. Support
negotiation, execution, and implementation of supply agreements and related
contracts.

3.1.5

Inventory
Management

Manage
finished goods and raw material inventories (APIs, excipients, and packaging
materials) held at CMOs. Monitor key material inventory levels, consumption,
and reconciliation reporting. Proactively identify supply risks and
bottlenecks to prevent shortages, while optimizing inventory levels to
minimize excess stock, operational costs, and storage expenses.

3.1.6

Global
Logistics & Distribution

Coordinate
global logistics operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective
product distribution, including import/export activities, air and sea
freight, and temperature-controlled shipments. Manage and resolve logistics
issues such as shipment delays, temperature excursions, and customs or
compliance challenges. Scope includes commercial product distribution from
manufacturing sites/CMOs to US and China markets, as well as intercompany
material and stock transfers between US and China R&D centers, including
import/export clearance support.

3.1.7

Third-Party
& Cross-Functional Management

Represent
Aucta in managing third-party relationships, including CMOs, API suppliers,
logistics providers, and commercial partners globally. Act
as a key interface for Commercial Supply Chain internally, collaborating
cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory
Affairs, and other stakeholders.

3.1.8

Continuous
Improvement & Business Continuity

Support
the supply chain team in resolving critical supply issues to ensure business
continuity. Assist the Line Manager in driving continuous improvement
initiatives across supply chain processes, procedures, work instructions,
documentation, and systems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
to maintain an efficient, compliant, and resilient global supply chain.

3.2

Bachelor's degree or above,
major in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Supply Chain, Procurement,
Logistics, Chemical, or related fields.

3.2.2

At least 3 years working experience,
preferred candidates with GMP knowledge and experience. Exceptive admission
for the talented.

3.2.3

Good
negotiation and communication skills with supplier. Proficiency in Business
English including both spoken and written English.

3.2.4

Excellent capability of
logic, coordinating, especially problem-solving. Ability to work independently, self-motivated.

Good teamwork, patient,
hard-working. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to defend company
interests.

Good command of MS office
