1. College degree or above, major in engineering or material is preferred. 大专以上学历，工程或材料专业优先
2. Minimum 5 years quality experience with at least 3 years as a SQE in a manufacturing environment. 至少5年质量经验，至少3年制造环境中的SQE
3. Good knowledge in ISO9001 and QS9000 or TS16494. Internal auditor is a plus. 熟悉ISO9001和QS9000或TS16494。内部审计师优先
4. Experience with process controls and quality tools, such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, etc. 具有SPC、DOE、FMEA、8D等过程控制和质量工具的经验
5. Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations. 质量和可靠性概念、供应商管理和一般制造操作方面的知识
6. Experience in fastener /small part industry desirable, plating and heat treatment knowledge is a plus. 有紧固件/小零件行业工作经验者优先，有电镀和热处理知识者优先
7. Good command of English reading and writing, oral speaking is a plus. 良好的英语读写能力，口语优先
8. Good computer literacy, familiar with MS office software, good Excel skill is a plus. 良好的计算机知识，熟悉微软办公软件，熟练使用Excel软件者优先
