职位描述

岗位职责:

Scope of Job: This role supports F&B in daily operations and marketing activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of the menu system, digital platforms, and training materials. Responsibilities include assisting in marketing execution, gathering market insights, organizing departmental documents, and facilitating new employee onboarding training. This position plays a key supporting role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the F&B team.

Main Responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing Support
 Assist in the coordination and daily maintenance of the menu system to ensure accurate and timely updates.
 Support the updating and daily management of content for digital screen projections.
 Assist in preparing various marketing and promotional materials (including print and digital assets).
 Support product listings, content updates, and order processing on online sales platforms.
 Conduct market research to gather competitor insights, customer trends, and industry information.
 Collect, organize, and conduct preliminary analysis of dining-related feedback from social media platforms.

2. HR and Training Support:
 Assist in the collection, preliminary formatting, and achieving departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals.
 Assist in organizing and coordinating the "Welcome to F&B" onboarding training for new employees, ensuring materials and logistics are prepared.
 Support the tracking and recording of training progress and assist in maintaining training system completion rates.

3. Other tasks:
 Completion of other tasks requested by the working group.

Health & Safety

 Follow established safe working practices and controls, use any personal protective equipment they are issued with, and abide by all relevant HSS rules and standards.
 Report immediately any HSS incidents, including unsafe acts or conditions, near-misses and injuries.
 Suggest any ideas you have for HSS improvements to your manager.
 Support LLSHR’s measures to improve HSS performance.
 Participate in HSS training, campaigns and initiatives.
 Co-operate with health screening and surveillance as required.

If any employee feels that their HSS concerns have not been properly addressed locally, they should inform the Group HSS team, the Group HSS Director, People department or the Whistleblowing Hotline.



任职资格:

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least one year of relevant experience (preferably in Hospitality, F&B, Marketing, or related fields). Eagerness to learn and grow continuously.
 Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail.
 Proficient in office software, with demonstrated English proficiency and solid data organization and analytical ability.
 Genuine passion for the F&B industry, coupled with a customer-focused mindset and market awareness.
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
