Requirements:
1. Well experienced in vehicle architecture and system
2. Well experienced in vehicle acoustic and vibration intake and exhuast system and combutstion engine development and tests.
3. Well experienced in Headacoutics software test and analysis.
4. Have solid knowledge about acoustic and vibration engineering
5. Skilled in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word and other project management related tools
6. over 3 years’ experience in acoustic and vibration development field and automotive industry
7. C1 driving license and over 3 years of driving experience
8. Good at english speaking.
Responsibility:
1. Carry out intake and exhuast and combustion engine NVH development and test according to VW group procedures;
2. Analyze benchmark results and propose for new platform design and to discuss them with his/her partners;
3. To inform and to escalate failures or deviations in the test programs or test results and solve the failure in timely;
4. To participate in meetings with areas of R&D to define development programs, timings, amount of samples, to give input for product improvement, etc.
5. To verify and to reproduce failures and findings reported by the stations and test drives in the car, in order to fully understand the nature of the findings.
6. To report, inform, and eventually escalate failures and findings from the acoustic engineering judgement or test.

4. 扎实的声学振动工程理论基础

6. 3年以上声学振动开发及汽车行业经验
7. 持有C1驾照且具备3年以上驾龄
8. 英语沟通能力良好
岗位职责：
1. 依据大众集团标准流程开展进排气系统及内燃机NVH开发与测试
2. 分析标杆车型数据，提出新平台设计建议并与相关方讨论
3. 及时上报测试程序或结果中的异常偏差，并推动问题解决
4. 参与研发部门会议，确定开发计划、时间节点、样本数量，提供产品改进建议等
5. 复现并验证测试站点及路试反馈的故障现象，深入分析问题根源
6. 汇报声学工程评估及测试中发现的问题，必要时升级处理
