1.识别指定范围的成本降低机会，例如产品、组件、备件等；
Identify cost reduction opportunities for assigned scope, e.g. Products, Components, Spare parts etc;
2.与CMME和母公司的其他采购经理合作；
Collaborate with other sourcing managers in CMME and Parent companies;
3.合同和价格协议的起草、谈判和更新；
Contract and price agreement draft, negotiation and update;
4.供应商表现不佳的升级处理；
Escalation handling for underperformance of suppliers;
5.针对特定项目节约的谈判；
Negotiation for project specific savings;
6.NCR升级处理；
NCR escalation handling;
7.指定供应商的SRM。
SRM for assigned suppliers.
职位要求：
Job requirement:
1.工程/商务/供应链专业的学士学位优先；
Bachelor level preferred in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain;
2.5年以上工作经验；
5+years working experience;
3.熟悉DM，STG，CRA业务者优先；
Familiar with DM, STG, CRA business is a plus;
4.采购知识/经验以及采购和物流经验优先;
Knowledge/experience of sourcing and experience of purchasing and logistics is a plus;
5.分析思维和对数据/信息收集/处理的敏锐；
Analytical thinking and sharp on data/info collection/handling;
6.很强的沟通、谈判、协作和领导能力;
Strong communication,negotiation, collaboration and leadership skills;
7.能够并愿意经常出差;
Able and willing to frequently travel;
8.愿意接受挑战并在压力下工作；
Willing to take challenges and work under pressure;
9.精通英语和汉语.
Proficient in English and Chinese.
