2. Lead project team consisting of Design & Development, Process & ProductionQuality and Sales & Marketing(领导项目团队，包括设计与开发，工艺，生产，质量销售与营销人员)
3. Responsible for customers demand on product specification and developmentschedule(负麦满足客户需求包括制定产品规格和开发进度)
4. Secure product quality and productivity before mass production (批量生产前确保产品质量和可生产性)

【任职资格】
学历:本科及以上
专业:电子,光学或机械相关专业
外语: CET-6 或以上
工作经验要求:
1. Working experience in Passive / TFT Design & Development for automotive ; EEor Optical engineering or Mechanical engineering (汽车 Passive /TFT 设计与开发方面的工作经验;电子工程或光学工程或机械工程)
2. Project management experience for automotive : APQP development & PPAP (汽车项目管理经验:熟悉APOP 和 PPAP)
3.Good communication skill(良好的沟通技巧)
4. Fluent English and Mandarin(流利的英语和普通话,
5.Gentle and logical attitude(具有温和的态度和逻辑思维)
