【岗位职责】

1. Lead projects development from kick-off to mass production for automotive Passive / TFT display, touch module and passive modules (领导汽车Passive / TFT显示器，触摸模块和单色模块项目从启动到量产)

2. Lead project team consisting of Design & Development, Process & Production, Quality and Sales & Marketing (领导项目团队，包括设计与开发，工艺，生产，质量，销售与营销人员)

3. Responsible for customers demand on product specification and development schedule (负责满足客户需求包括制定产品规格和开发进度)

4. Secure product quality and productivity before mass production (批量生产前确保产品质量和可生产性)

5. Product cost control (产品成本控制)

【任职资格】

学历：本科及以上

专业：电子,光学或机械相关专业

外语： CET-6 或以上

工作经验要求:

1. Working experience in Passive / TFT Design & Development for automotive ; EE or Optical engineering or Mechanical engineering (汽车Passive / TFT设计与开发方面的工作经验;电子工程或光学工程或机械工程)

2. Project management experience for automotive : APQP development & PPAP (汽车项目管理经验：熟悉APQP和PPAP)

3. Good communication skill(良好的沟通技巧)

4. Fluent English and Mandarin (流利的英语和普通话)

5. Gentle and logical attitude (具有温和的态度和逻辑思维)
