Job Description
• Carry out market research and mapping to gain market insights and industry trends and
development
• Analyse potential market segments and capture business opportunities in the executive search field
• Strategise and work out business plan together with the management teams; review, develop and
manage the service portfolio in line with company’s strategies and positioning
• Identify and develop potential business opportunities in the market, establish direct contacts with
target customers and identify their needs
• Responsible for the entire cycle of the search project from initiating sales leads, proposal
preparation, contract negotiation, start of project till its completion
• Liaise with overseas colleagues and headquarters and constantly exchange market information and
knowledge as well as sales leads
• Establish a good long-term rapport with customers through providing value added advisories and
services
• Support in preparing marketing materials and activities regularly to create market awareness through
connecting to business chambers, social media and digital platform such as LinkedIn, Wechat
Official Account as well as other HR events
• Upkeep of customers database and constantly update the information
Job Specification
• At least 5 years’ work experience in the executive search sector, preferably in the international work
environment, with a University or College Degree
• Experience in healthcare or Fintech would be an advantage
• Positive with a high level of integrity and ethics, drives for quality and excellence at work
• Collaborative team player with strong people and service orientation
• Committed and highly self motivated as a developer and driver
• Capable of multi-tasking with an eye for details
• Curious for trying new arenas and acquiring new knowledge and technology with learning agility
• Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills and attitude “can do” and “will do”, no
compromise for “just ok work”, determined to go extra mile to support colleagues and customers
