Job responsibilities and Skill requirement：

熟悉机器人基础编程，修改点位。焊接机器人程序主要通过视觉和偏移补偿计算点位，能看懂编程并作简单的数据修改。

2.
熟悉视觉激光跟踪应用。

3. 熟悉机器人焊接、装配、搬运等工艺。

4. 负责车间焊接机器人（库卡机器人/ I-cube激光跟踪/EWM焊机/TBI清枪器）日常故障排除的技术支持及维护指导。

5. 负责对机器人出现的问题进行分析、总结，跟踪和解决反馈。

6. 对接公司自动化项目上线的安装及调试工作。

7. 负责提供专项的技术培训，让员工掌握机器人使用技能。

1.
Familiar with basic robot programming, modify the point position.

The welding robot program mainly calculates the points through vision and offset compensation, needs to read the advanced programming and make simple data modification.

2. Familiar with laser tracking.

3. Familiar with robot welding, assembly, handling and other processes.

4. Responsible for the technical support and maintenance guidance
(Kuka robot/I-cube laser tracking /EWM welder /TBI gun cleaner) for the daily
troubleshooting of workshop welding robots.

5. Responsible for analyzing, summarizing, tracking and solving
feedback on problems of robots.

6. Connect with the installation and commissioning of the company's
automation project online.

7. Responsible for providing special technical training so that
employees can master the skills of using robots.

教育背景与工作经验Educational
Background and Work Experience:

1. 学历：本科、硕士。

2. 有焊接和机械方面的自动化专业背景。

3. 有工业机器人应用或程序设计经验者优先。

4. 具有自动化系统集成调试经验者优先。

1. Education: Bachelor, master.

2. Professional background in welding and mechanical automation.

3. Experience in industrial robot application or programming is preferred.

4. Experience in automation system integration and debugging is preferred.
