Job responsibility and skill requirement：

1. 推动和建立公司全员创新与持续改善（CI）体系。

2. 负责优化现有生产工艺流程，包括制定改善方案及推动实施。

3. 负责新工艺、新技术、新产品的设计、研制和导入。

4. 负责公司提案改善活动。

5. 负责5S&目视化管理。

6. 会运用精益管理工具分析生产力，提升产能、降低库存和减少成本。

7. 跨部门协作并监督精益生产的实施，确保精益生产活动得到有效实施。

8. 具备主动创新，挖掘创新机会的能力。

Promote and establish the company-wide innovation and continuous improvement (CI) system.

Responsible for optimizing the existing production process, including
formulating improvement plans and implementation.

Responsible for the design, development and introduction of new processes, new technologies and new products.

Responsible for the company's proposal improvement activities.

5.
Responsible for 5S& visual management.

6.

Can apply lean management tools to analyze productivity, improve capacity, reduce inventory and reduce costs.

7.
Coordinate and supervise the implementation of lean production across departments to ensure the effective implementation of lean production activities.

8.

Have ability to take the initiative to innovate and explore innovation opportunities.

教育背景与工作经验Educational Background and Work Experience:

1. 学历：本科、硕士。

2. 专业：精益/机械/材料等相关专业。

3. 有工艺改进、机械设计制造、工程力学等行业工作经验优先。

4. 擅长数据分析。

Major:Lean/mechanical/material and other related majors.

3.
Experience in process improvement, mechanical design and manufacturing, engineering mechanics and other industries is preferred.
