Key Responsibilities

Data Integration and Harmonization: Seamlessly integrate multiple data sources to build a unified database, ensuring harmonization of different data types for consistency and usability.

Dashboard Development: Design and implement interactive dashboards tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, including management and sales teams, to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and support informed decision-making.

Process Development for Data Input and Harmonization: Establish strong, standardized processes for data input, cleaning, and harmonization to maintain data quality and efficiency.

Data Security and Access Policies: Develop and implement processes for data security, including access controls and policies to ensure compliance and protect sensitive information.

Sales Step-Up Pilot Data Management: Create a comprehensive data management framework for the sales step-up pilot, incorporating additional data sources such as hospital-level data and marketing spend data. This includes integrating sales and marketing investment data on a geographical basis, developing KPI performance dashboards, and providing customized views for management and sales teams to track progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in data integration, database management, and harmonization across diverse data sources.

High proficiency in dashboard creation using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with a track record of catering to multiple stakeholder groups.

Strong expertise in developing data input, harmonization, security, and access control processes.

Familiarity with sales and marketing data analytics, including geographical analysis and KPI tracking.

Ability to work independently, deliver results quickly, and leverage prior experience to achieve impact within tight timelines (e.g., visible outcomes in the first month).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling complex data environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in precursor data collection and management ahead of CRM system implementations.

Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare data management, particularly with hospital-level or investment-related datasets.
