Day-to-day management efforts provide in terms of resources and training, updating/upgrading plans and other classes that tasks (payerize with the tranche PMI, local PMI and the TMO rep.)

Communication to project members and stakeholders

Facilitate decisions within the approved scope or options from StScS/PO

Managing steering committee and, meetings and gathering status

Secure alignment and status with tranche and OneERP management

Records project progress, risks and resources requirements towards project stakeholders

Audit to collaboration with the Local Project Manager.

Emains project objectives on being met.

Deliver the mandatory projects/documentations for project milestones

Track deliverables and manage PROMAL stage gates and sign offs

• Provide status and progress reports to TMO and Tranche PMI

• Establish and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in close collaboration with the project team.

• Emains proper projects/documentation using DevOps and other OneERP templates.

• Ensures good use of responsibility allocation between the Rollout Team members and establishes standard ways of working

Leadership skill - motivate, guide, structure and delegate work to team members

Well-founded experience in project/program management of business transformation projects

• Overview of existing Allia Laval organisation, processes and IT components with the specific legal entity

Use up communications and level in a global company and facilitate meetings and workshops routinely

Ability to orchestrate multiple tasks and deliverables with short deadlines

Ability to communicate and create compelling and clear design decision documents to management

Experience from other ERP transformation projects, preferably D365
