Responsibilities and scope for action:

· Handle disputes in conjunction with the Finance and/or Quality departments

· Draw on the technical knowledge of the design office and/or the procurement engineer to choose the best way of purchasing equipment

· Construct and update the supplier panel in line with the defined procurement strategy

· Check that the supplier produces the parts in compliance with the specifications and alert them if necessary

· Ensure the smooth operation of the procurement process, from receiving the technical data to calls for bids and supplier invoicing

· Ensure projects are completed successfully while respecting cost targets in accordance with the defined specifications and the time allocated to the project

· Enhance the company's image

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's processes and the correct application of procedures within the framework of the certifications obtained by the company

/ ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

· Bachelor degree or above

· At least 10-year experience working in a procurement/purchasing role for an industrial equipment supplier.

· Negotiation skills

· General knowledge of Incoterms

· Master IT tools such as Microsoft Office and ERPs

· CET-4 English language level (or above). Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

· Ability to read industrial drawings (mechanical, electrical)

· Ability to work as a team

· Ability to work with foreign suppliers and foreign colleagues (mostly Europeans)

· Ability to manage priorities and organize him/herself

· Ready for occasional domestic business trips.
