协调处理工厂设施方面的维修、改造和保养工作
Coordinate the repair, renovation and maintenance work of the factory facilities
及时处理紧急抢修工作，以确保生产的顺利进行
Deal with the emergency repair work, in order to ensure product smoothly
有效组织维修区域进行生产设备的日常巡查
Organize the Maintenance to do production equipment daily inspection effectively, for the equipment maintenance plan and content
制订区域设备的分层维护保养计划及内容，并有效按计划执行各级预防性保养
Formulate hierarchical maintenance plans and contents of equipment in each region, and effectively implement preventive maintenance at all levels as planned
收集并组织相关部门及时解决设备存在的问题, 包括机械、电气、程序、参数等问题，及时汇报区域内的重大问题
Collect and organize the relevant departments to solve Maintenance problems include machine, electric, procedure, parameterand and so on, and report the major issues in the region timely
定期检查维修各个区域的交接班状况
Regularly check the shift in each area of repair
定期检查Kromain系统维修区域各项工作的完成状况
Check the completion status of Kromain system Maintenance work periodically
定期检查零配件的库存状况
Check the spare parts inventory status regularly
监督并不断改善维修员现场纪律及维修区域5S（奖惩制度，离岗制度，交接班制度）
Supervision and improve repair staff at the scene and repair area discipline 5S (rewards and punishment system, post system, the shift system)
督导维修部门执行公司的各项规章制度及要求
Inspect repair department to implement the regulations and requirements of the company
建立绩效评估体系并实施考核，激励员工
Establish and implement performance appraisal system, employee motivation
指导本区域技术人员，进行有效的技能培训、考核和持续提升
Guiding the regional technicians to conduct effective skills training, assessment and continuous upgrading
主导本区域的部门周会
Leading the regional departments week
制作周报,并对周报中未达成目标的项目做PDCA改进
Make weekly, and the target is not reached weekly project PDCA improvement
审核维修报表和系统内输入的数据是否正确，对有异常部分要追查原因
The audit report and repair systems within the input data are correct, the abnormal part to trace the cause
监控辅材和工具的合理正确使用,建立辅材和工具的安全库存机制，及时请购
Rational and correct use of monitoring auxiliary materials and tools, safety stock mechanism auxiliary material and tools, timely purchase
及时处理、汇报重大设备故障，联系外部供应商处理并跟踪异常状况的处理结果
Handle and report major equipment failures in time, contact external suppliers to handle and track the processing results of abnormal conditions
