We are based in Brisbane City and have got a local warehouse/factory in Archerfield, as well as service facilities in Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns etc.
Newcasa Technology, is a new business opened by Newvolt Energy Pty Ltd for the prefabricated houses in Australia, for which we need an experienced project engineer to support our front-end sales staff in marketing promotions, customer illustrations, technical meetings and consulting, as well as contract negotiations and project execution management.
职位描述:
1、作为预制房屋技术支持工程师，在中国（深圳）办事处工作，负责售前技术支撑以及项目执行期间的项目管理工作，主要包括：
2、在售前阶段，到澳大利亚配合前端销售开展市场推广、技术交流、客户参观介绍、售前方案设计、合同谈判等工作；
3、从技术角度支持前端销售成功签订销售订单；
4、在销售合同签订后，负责项目执行阶段的项目管理与协调工作，与国内供应商沟通交流项目进展、技术联络、监督出厂试验、确保产品质量；
5、协调所有业务关联部门，成功交付客户订购的预制房屋；
6、此外，与澳洲团队及深圳团队保持密切的工作沟通和联系，共同推进公司业务增长；
7、完成领导交办的其他技术工作。
任职要求:
1、要求有预制房屋或装配式建筑行业的行业背景及业务知识（必需），有太空舱、集装箱预制房屋或装配式预制房屋领域工作经验者优先考虑；
2、要求熟练使用CAD等绘图软件，有预制房屋平面图及效果图的设计制图经验；
3、了解钢结构及建筑业知识，了解建筑结构、建筑材料、房屋内部上下水管路及电路等相关背景知识，能够从专业技术深度上为客户讲解公司各种类型的预制房屋产品；
4、能接受一定时间的澳大利亚出差工作（非常驻）；
5、本职位工作语言为中文+英文，要求有基本的英文听说读写能力，了解建筑行业的英文专业词汇（英语水平较高者予以优先考虑）；
6、为人正直、勤奋、恪尽职守，有团队合作精神；
