Minimum Bachelor degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, or physics (optics) minimum, master degree is preferred；
Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductor or semiconductor metrology equipment industry；
Experience in metrology/inspection equipment such as FTIR, spectrometer, CV, Kla-Tencor SP1/2/3, ICP-MS, XRD, Photolumincesnce；
Familiar with working concept of metrology/inspection tools such as spectra analysis, C-V testing, Darkfield/Brightfield, Photoluminescence；
Good knowledge in engineering statistics；
Collaborate closely with equipment/mechanical and data engineering department to design and build proprietary metrology/inspection technology；
Develop algorithm for metrology/inspection equipment which is developed by the company；
Manage selection, purchasing, installation, qualification of in-house metrology tool for in-house utilization；
Debug and maintain metrology hardware/software and precision metrology methods to support internal and customer site manufacturingMetrology R&D Engineer；
本科以上学历，电气/机械工程或物理(光学)专业，硕士以上学历优先；
3年以上半导体或半导体计量设备行业工作经验；
具有FTIR，光谱仪，CV, Kla-Tencor SP1/2/3, ICP-MS, XRD, photolumincce等计量/检测设备的使用经验；
熟悉计量/检测工具的工作概念，如光谱分析，C-V测试；
良好的工程统计知识；
与设备/机械和数据工程部门密切合作，设计和建立专有的计量/检测技术；
开发公司开发的计量/检测设备的算法；
管理内部计量工具的选择，采购，安装，鉴定，以供内部使用；
调试和维护计量硬件/软件和精密计量方法，以支持内部和客户现场生产。
