一、职位描述Accountablities：

1.支持生产及维修部门，解决相关问题。Support production and maintenance. To solve related issues.
2.专注于长期工厂绩效改进，资本支出计划和预算，工艺和工程，项目PTOs实施。 lead the Technical team with focus on long term plant performance improvement, Capex plan and budget, process & engineering, project PTOs.
3.通过参加或领导改进项目，参与公司的持续改进。Participate in the company continuous improvements by participating or leading improvement projects.
4.编写工艺卡，指导监督生产操作的正确性。Prepare production process cards to guide and supervise the correctness of production operations.
5.能源与物料平衡分析及减耗措施。Analysis the material and energy consumption through PFD and take the action to reduce the lost.
6.公司高层管理安排的其他任务。Any other tasks as requested by the company senior management.
二、任职要求Qualifications：
1.教育背景Education Background：
本科以上学历，化学工程相关专业。 最好是相应的专业工程学院的成员。Bachelor's degree or above in a related field of chemical engineering. Preferably a member of an appropriate professional Engineering Institute. "
2.知识Knowledge:
-具有中国GB标准，法律法规，安全规范和与化学制造设施相关标准的专业知识（至少6年优先）。An expert working knowledge of Chinese GB standards, statutory regulations, safety codes and standards in relation to chemical manufacturing facilities (minimum 6-years preferred).
-具有与危险区域（粉尘和气体），压力系统/设备和安全仪表系统的管理和控制相关的GB法规的工作知识。A working knowledge of the GB regulations associated with the management and control of Hazardous Areas (Dust and Gas), Pressure Systems / Equipment and Safety Instrument Systems.
-具有国际公认的工艺安全技术知识（如HAZOP，泄放设计，SIL评估） A working knowledge of internationally recognised process safety techniques (such as HAZOP, Relief design, S.I.L assessments).
3.技能Technology:
-良好的英语语言能力，书面和口语优先。A good level of language skills in English both written and orally preferred.
-最近在化工行业制造工厂的相关工艺管理经验Recent relevant Process management experience within the chemical industry on a manufacturing plant.
-有多年化工厂与生产过程监督及工艺改进经验；Many years of experience in supervising the production process and process improvement of chemical plants.
