岗位职责：
1.通过参加或领导改进项目（生产、安全等）参与公司的持续改进。Participate in the company continuous improvements by participating or leading improvement projects (production, safety etc…)
2.通过领导、维护和改进工艺安全框架来支持公司定期更新安全工艺的审查和评估（HAZOP 研究、泄放研究、区域分类审查、风险评估审查、工艺安全审查、控制理念审查等）和法律法规变更等。Support the company by leading, maintaining and improving the Safety Process framework: regular updates of Safety Process main reviews and assessments (HAZOP studies, Relief and Blowdown studies, area classification reviews, risk assessment reviews, process safety reviews, control philosophy reviews etc), change in laws and regulations etc…
3.促进工艺安全和其他工程改进经验成功的从英国工厂转移到中国工厂。Facilitate the successful transfer of process safety and other general engineering improvements from UK assets to China facilities.
4.参与设备调试，给予工艺上的技术支持
5.SCADA系统和趋势数据分析的经验。Experience of SCADA systems and trend data analysis.
6.确定和实施工厂工艺改进和安全研究（HAZOP and SIL）。Identification and implementation of plant Process improvements and safety studies (HAZOP and SIL).
7.编写生产工艺指导作业书及工艺卡，指导监督生产操作的正确性
8. 能源与物料平衡分析及减耗措施analysis the material and energy consumption through PFD and take the action to reduce the lost
9.Lead PHA /PSSR during commissioning
10.公司高层管理安排的其他任务。Any other tasks as requested by the company senior management.
任职资格：
1.知识Knowledge:
1）具有与危险区域（粉尘和气体），压力系统/设备和安全仪表系统的管理和控制相关的GB法规的工作知识。A working knowledge of the GB regulations associated with the management and control of Hazardous Areas (Dust and Gas), Pressure Systems / Equipment and Safety Instrument Systems.
2）机械和电气系统的工作知识。A working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
3）最近在化学工业中关于制造工厂（最好是在规定的环境中）相关的工艺工程经验，包括：Recent relevant Process Engineering experience within the chemical industry on a manufacturing plant, ideally within a regulated environment, to include:
• 熟悉批次和连续生产。Familiarity with batch and continuous operations
• 识别并实施工厂工艺改进。Identification and implementation of plant Process improvements
• 基本的工厂瓶颈消除和工厂优化（持续改进）。General plant debottlenecking and plant optimisation. (Continuous Improvement)
• 新工厂和设备的调试。 Commissioning of new plant and equipment
• 基于项目环境的运营。Operating within a project-based environment
• SCADA系统和趋势数据分析的经验。Experience of SCADA systems and trend data analysis.
2.技能Technology:IT素养，尤其是MS Office Suite，AutoCAD LT和工厂 DCS / SCADA系统。I.T literacy particularly MS Office Suite, AutoCAD LT & Plant DCS / SCADA systems.
3.工作经验Experince:具有与化学生产设施有关的中国标准，法规，安全法规和标准的专业知识（至少6年）。An expert working knowledge of Chinese GB standards, statutory regulations, safety codes and standards in relation to chemical manufacturing facilities (minimum 6-years preferred).
4.能力Capability:具有良好的英语语言口语和书写能力者优先。有EPC承包商或设计院的建设项目经验者优先。A good level of language skills in English both written and orally preferred. Experience of construction projects involving EPC contractors or Design Institutes preferred.
