Ocean Export Operation 海运出口操作

JOB PURPOSE

Communicated with client and monitor operations to make sure the customer satisfactory maximize profitability, cost efficient operations.

及时和客户保持沟通并安排海运出口事宜，操作及安排整个海运出口的相关事宜， 和船公司/订舱代理/车队/报关行 保持联系安排具体事宜，控制每票货物的收入和成本,为客户提供优质，高效，满意的服务。

Functional Responsibility 你的工作职责：

1. Receive booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc , make booking instruction to operation ,Send pre-alert and invoice接收客户托书，根据指示操作安排海运出口事宜，货物出运后发送相关单据和费用

2. Timely communicate and maintain good relationship with client 与客户保持实时有效的沟通

3. Place booking to carrier, and arrange trucking/warehousing/delivery,follow cargo track负责海运出口货物操作，如订舱,配载及跟踪

4. Send manifest & SI to carrier/booking angency 及时发送舱单及SI

5. Key in shipment record in system 系统录入

6. Check BL information with supplier & issue 提单的核对和签发

7. Cfm local charge with supplier & issue invoice 起运港费用的确认和***

8. Control the income,double check the cost list from agency/trucking broker/warehouse monthly 控制收入，符合月账单成本

9. Control cost and invoice local charge to supplier accoding to the company standard charge成本费用的申请及控制

10. Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.有预见性地减少风险和投诉

11. Work with customers ， vendors and other related parties to improve our performance and service.和客户，供应商和其他部门保持持续沟通，以提高日常工作质量和服务水平。

12. Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met.保证为客户提供良好的服务

13. Follow other instruction from Leader 上级安排的其他工作
