5+ years of development /architecture architecture in IT project delivery domain （solution based）；
konw-how in Automotive after-sales business and IT project;
- Parts and Warranty buisiness understanding
- Aftersales / Workshop process understanding
Technical Project Delivery Management experience:
- Architecture review capability
- Technical requirement management capability*
Integration Management/Technology Stacks:
- project experience of IT project integration, requirement, evaluation to delivery;
- project experience of API management, REST/HPPT, KAFKA and other protocols;
- hands-on expernece of integration / technology management;
- hands-on capability with Java/Python/Linux/Network/etc. stacks, can support on-demand tool level development;
- Agile methodology/experience, familar with DevOps, CI/CD pipeline and K8s.
Personal & Teamwork:
- Communication skill with business, project and technical stakeholder/countparties;
- Delivery oriented;
- English is a must;
