Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责：
1.Focus on customer requirements and handle customer complaints.

2.Participate in APQP preparation during the NPI stage.
参与新产品导入（NPI）阶段的APQP准备工作。
3.Lead quality meetings and coordinate interdepartmental quality issues.
主持质量会议，协调部门间的质量问题。
4.Conduct process validation during NPI.
在新产品导入过程中开展工艺验证。
5.Prepare PPAP packages.
准备生产零件批准程序（PPAP）文件。
6.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve yield rates.
与工程研发和生产部门合作，提升良率。
7.Collect, analyze, and utilize data for continuous improvement.
收集、分析并利用数据推动持续改进。
8.Train inspectors on inspection instructions.
培训检验员，确保其熟悉检验规范。
9.Manage and maintain ISO quality management systems.
管理和维护ISO质量管理体系。
10.Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
完成管理层交办的其他工作任务。
Job Requirements / 任职资格：
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher.
本科及以上学历。
2.Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
熟悉ISO 9001、IATF 16949、ISO 14001、ISO 45001等管理体系。
3.Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
具备良好的沟通能力，能与客户及内部团队有效交流。
4.Fluent in English, both written and reading.
英文读写熟练。
5.Familiar with IQC, IPQC, FQC quality control processes.
熟悉进料检验（IQC）、过程检验（IPQC）及成品检验（FQC）等质量控制流程。
6.Experience with internal audits and management system compliance.
拥有内部审核及体系符合性方面的经验。
7.Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA tools and techniques.
熟练运用APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA等工具和方法。
