工作职责 Responsibility

1. 负责货柜房项目产品的内装监控，确保项目的内装可以按时按质按量完成

Be responsible for monitoring internal decoration of container house products; make sure the decoration of the project can be finished as required timeline, quality and quantity.

2.负责整个货柜房项目的品质管理与监控，具体如下：

Be responsible for the quality control and supervision of container house project whole decoration process, details as follows:

1）协助项目经理制定成品的内装质量检验流程与标准

Assist PM to make the inspection procedure and standard for inspecting finished goods.

2）现场品质监控，及时发现问题，提出纠正预防措施及长期改善方案反馈给项目经理及挪威品质经理，并在项目中实施有效方案。

Control the quality on site and discover problems in time, provide corrective actions and improvement plans to PM and Norwegian quality manager, and implement effective solutions to fix the problems in the project.

3）负责根据项目经理的验货计划，按要求进行钢结构及内装修的质量检验。

Be responsible for the inspection of steel structure and decoration part according to PM’s inspection plan and related requirements.

4）协助项目经理对装修材料质检文件、材料样板进行归类整理

Assist PM to file the material certification documents and material samples.

5）协助项目经理归档过程检验文档

Assist PM to file the process inspection documents.

3.参与技术方案讨论与改进。

Participate the technical issues and solutions discussion and improvement.

4.与项目经理、中山办公室、制造工厂等项目相关方保持畅顺、专业的沟通，确保项目顺利实施。

Keep good and professional communication with container house project related parties like PM, ZS office and manufacturing factory, to make sure the project is smoothly implemented.

5.协助项目经理完成其它相关货柜房项目的任务

Assist PM to finish others assignments related to container house project.

任职资格 Qualification

教育水平 Education level：本科以上学历 Bachelor Degree or Above

专业/Major： 机械制造，机电工程，水电暖通等相关专业 Mechanical\Water Electricity\HVAC or related majors

经验 Experience：

1.两年或以上房屋室内装修相关经验，熟悉装修工程工序安排，对室内装修涉及的电路，给排水，通风，等均有经验，可以监控室内装修的进度，并控制工程质量。

Two years or above related experience in House Decoration Project Management, familiar with decoration procedure arrangement, have related experience on electricity, water, ventilation, etc. Can monitor decoration procedure and control the quality.

2.有公寓、酒店等高档精装修项目主管经验优先考虑

Project leader experience in apartment/hotel refined decoration is preferred.

技能知识 Skill:

必要项目Must Items:

1.工科背景，对钢结构、焊接有一定了解，必须掌握CAD制图，会看图

Engineering background. Understanding of steel structure and welding.Must master CAD drawing and be able to read the drawings

2.熟悉房屋内装质量控制标准

Familiar with the quality control standard requirements of house interior decoration.

3.熟悉房屋的室内装修工艺质量与材料，熟悉房屋室内装修进度管控，对室内装修各工序，如水电，通风，油漆等有相关知识

Know well in house decoration on technique quality and material, familiar on interior decoration schedule controlling, has related knowledge on each process of decoration, including water & electricity, ventilation, painting etc.

4.英文读写良好，能读懂英文工程图，英语口语能进行基本交流

Good written & reading English for work communication. Basic communication in oral English.

优先项目 Preferred Items:

1.有模块化建筑行业经验或者集装箱房制造行业经验，或者建筑装修监理业经验者优先

Experience in modular construction industry or container building manufacturing industry, or experience in building decoration supervision industry is preferred

2.精通水电、暖通装修优先考虑

Familiar with water/electricity/HVAC is preferred.
