1. 负责现场船只制造全过程的包括电气质量检验在内的全过程质量检验，监控与管理，及时发现品质问题，并与挪威派驻项目经理保持及时沟通并解决发现的质量问题. 将偏差管理视为改进工作及提高未来任务工作质量的工具。

Be responsible
for the whole process quality inspection(including electrical inspection) of
boats building and overall management on site. Strengthen the shipbuilding
process inspection, to detect quality problems and timely communicate with
Norway project manager to solve the problems， Sees the
value of deviation management as a tool for improvement work/to raise the
quality of the work for future tasks.

2. 负责铝合金及钢船项目在船厂现场方面的IAS电气程序调试(包括连接检查，网络检查，IO测试，功能测试) ，与挪威电气项目工程师对接，协助挪威电气项目工程师进行船舶整个自动化系统和设备的程序调试，协调船厂与设备厂家及船东项目经理之间的沟通。

Be responsible
for the IAS programming for the alu./steel boat project on site, including
connection checking, network testing, IO testing, function testing etc..
Cooperate and assist with Norway electrical project engineer for the programming
of the whole equipment and automatic system on boat. Coordinate the
communication between shipyard, equipment supplier and MM project manager.

3. 负责铝合金船及钢船项目的整个生产进度跟进，与挪威项目经理、物流、船厂、供应商及客户保持顺畅密切沟通，确保达到项目目标并保证客户满意度

Be responsible
for aluminum /steel boat projects following. Keep close and efficient
communication with Norway project manager, logistics, shipyards, suppliers
& customers, ensure to achieve the goals of the projects and customer’s
satisfaction.

4. 与挪威派驻工程师一起建立质量系统文件，包括质量计划，检验标准与试航大纲等

Establish the
quality system files with Norway project manager, including quality plan,
inspection standard & sea trials outline.

5. 监控生产进度，并推动船厂按照生产计划完成项目。

Monitor the
production process, and push shipyard to finish projects according to
production plan.

6. 了解铝合金船及钢船项目的工时与成本，协助挪威项目经理评估船厂的加减账报价。

Understanding the
working hour and material cost for the alu./steel boat projects , assist
Norway project manager for evaluation of procontra quotation from shipyard.

7. 公司交代的其它相关工作。

Other related
tasks assigned by top management.

Qualification任职资格：

本科或以上/ Bachelor degree or above

船舶电气或自动化专业

Ship electrical
and automation major

8年以上船舶行业电气检验相关工作经验，5年以上相关岗位工作经验，大型企业工作经验优先考虑

At least 8 years
working experience of electrical inspection in ship industry, 5 years or
above in similar position. Experience in a multinational company preferred

1.英语听说读写流利. Good English in speaking and writing

2.熟悉船舶工艺及验船标准 Familiar with boat building techniques and
inspection standard.

3. 必须具有船用电工或工业电工的证书及经验。有本科及以上学历优先。 需要具备自动化知识及经验。拥有电工或自动化技术人员证书优先。Must have a certificate and experience as
a marine electrician or industrial electrician. Bachelor degree or above is
preferred. Should have knowledge of automation. Certificate is electrician or
automated engineer is preferred.

4.熟悉船舶制图软件，可以读懂船舶图纸Familiar with CAD related boat drawing
software, can read boat drawing is must.

5.熟悉办公室软件及电脑操作. Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft
Office application.
