岗位职责:

Key activities

• Develop, optimize and execute cell-based assays to support small and large molecule drug discovery projects, including developing and performing screening assays and characterization of drug leads.

• Perform compound screen, profiling or SAR study using the various biology assays for different drug targets involved in molecular pathways relevant to human diseases.

• Data analysis using a variety of analytical software.

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

任职要求:

Requirements

• M.S. with relevant experience in cell biology, immunology or molecular biology.

• Capable of molecular and cell biology techniques including cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, Western blotting, and other cell-based assays such as transfection.

• Experience in cell signaling pathways in immuno-oncology, autoimmune, inflammation is preferred.

• Experience in assay development/validation and compound screening is a plus.

• Good laboratory practices and teamwork spirit.
