岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
1. 规划、指导和协调团队及工作流程，以确保按时或提前交付。Plan, guide, and coordinate teams and workflows to ensure timely or early delivery
2. 负责生产过程（人、机、料、法、环）发生问题需要及时上报并积极解决。If any issues arise during the production process (involving people, machines, materials, methods, and environment), it is necessary to promptly report and actively resolve them.
3. 负责制定并更新标准操作程序，按照工艺文件进行作业，并监督产线员工工艺，设备，安全，公司规章制度等文件的执行情况。Responsible for formulating and updating standard operating procedures, conducting operations in accordance with process documents, and supervising the implementation of documents related to production line employees' processes, equipment, safety, and company regulations
4. 管理和实现绩效与指标目标，利用生产数据评估团队绩效并推动改进，根据需要激励、纠正并提升人员。Manage and achieve performance and indicator goals, utilize production data to evaluate team performance and drive improvements, and motivate, correct, and enhance personnel as needed.
5. 监督生产工作、团队人员配置，通过合理调配人力和设备，确保按时满足内部和外部客户需求。Oversee production work and team staffing, and ensure timely satisfaction of internal and external customer needs through rational allocation of manpower and equipment.
6. 负责产线新员工的岗前培训，资格认可，多技能矩阵的培训和资质认可。Responsible for pre-job training, qualification recognition, multi-skill matrix training, and qualification recognition for new employees in the production line.
7. 负责按照要求进行各种生产数据的编译、存储、检索生产数据；对系统中的master data进行维护。Responsible for compiling, storing, and retrieving various production data as required; maintaining the master data in the system.
8. 组织团队成员的日常会议召开。Organize daily meetings for team members.
9. 管理员工工时卡，包括休假和病假申请。Manage employee time cards, including leave and sick leave applications.
10. 完成管理层分配的其他任务。Complete other tasks assigned by your manager.
11. 管理现场5S .Manage on-site 5S.
关键能力Key competencies：
Hard skill
1. 熟悉机加工，总装工艺；有仪器仪表行业经验优先；Familiar with machining and assembly processes; experience in the instrumentation industry is preferred;
2. 熟悉精益生产，熟悉现场5S管理标准；Be familiar with lean production and on-site 5S management standards;
3. 能推动公司改善落地；It can drive the company to improve its implementation;
4. 有使用ERP系统经验；Have experience in using ERP systems
5. 有通用的电脑知识，熟练使用office办公软件，包括电子邮件、Acrobat Reader等。Possess general computer knowledge and be proficient in using office software, including email and Acrobat Reader

任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，优选具备制造工程学位者；College degree or above, preferably with a degree in manufacturing engineering.
2. 必须具备良好的机械技能和基本的电气技能知识；Must possess good mechanical skills and basic knowledge of electrical skills.
3. 3-5年带领制造团队的经验，能够计划，组织和管理下属；3-5 years of experience leading a manufacturing team, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage subordinates
4. 熟悉职业安全法规Be familiar with occupational safety regulations；
5. 熟悉ISO9001质量要求，熟悉制造部门一般清洁要求Be familiar with ISO9001 quality requirements and general cleaning requirements for the manufacturing department；
6. 英语简单听说Simple listening and speaking in English.
