What You’ll Be Doing
1. 根据生产计划要求，组织车间按时完成生产任务。
2. 在OPEX部门的监督和支持下，跟踪落实生产过程中的质量控制，实现高品质产品的交付。
3. 负责监督并落实员工对生产设备使用的日常维护保养。
4. 负责车间员工的日常技能的培训及绩效目标考核和车间现场管理。
5. 配合EHS工作，维持和改善现场安全工作环境。
6. 协助生产经理处理日常员工关系、精益生产/DBS工具实施，持续改进效率，降低生产成本。

What We're Looking For
1. 大专以上学历，机械类相关专业。
2. 熟悉机械类产品的组装生产线/流水线的生产流程操作。
3. 3年以上制造型企业类似管理经验。
3. 良好的沟通、协调和解决问题的能力。
4. 熟悉体系工具如ISO9000,SOP,CP.PFMEA等。
5. 熟悉并会推广运用精益生产8大工具至生产过程。
