诚聘增长创意设计师(付费媒体),通过数字广告与全生命周期营销,助力品牌故事生动呈现。

该角色连接创意设计与营销执行,制作高性能的静态、动态、电子邮件和网络资产,推动在Meta、Google、Pinterest、YouTube、抖音及我们自有渠道等付费媒体平台上的发现、参与和转化。

您将与我们的增长团队和创意团队密切合作,将品牌信息转化为引人注目的视觉素材和连贯的全生命周期内容。理想的候选人应具备敏锐的审美眼光、对平台特性的深刻理解,以及对创意如何与受众行为产生关联的深刻洞察。

职责:

创意设计与制作

· 设计并编辑静态、轮播和短视频广告,针对Meta、Google、Pinterest、YouTube和抖音等平台的付费媒体投放进行优化。

· 根据用户留存营销需求,设计电子资产,包括封面图片、模块和宣传图形。

· 制作网站横幅(包括首页英雄展示、促销横幅及系列推广横幅),为关键营销活动和产品发布提供支持。

· 保持品牌间视觉和色调的一致性(Babyletto、Namesake和 MDB 组合中的其他品牌)。

· 将品牌摄影与生活方式内容转化为可直接投放的广告及邮件创意,巧妙融合排版设计、信息传递与动态效果。

· 将有机内容和网红内容转化为平台原生广告,既保持真实感,又能完美契合品牌形象。

协作与迭代

· 与增长营销团队紧密协作,将创意简报、核心信息及受众洞察转化为引人入胜的视觉概念。

· 与品牌创意及增长团队协同合作,确保付费广告、邮件及网页素材能强化整体视觉形象与叙事方向。

· 参与创意评审,并高效且审慎地回应反馈。

· 通过提供多样化的变体与调整方案,支持创意测试,探索不同的吸引点、版式或风格。

资产管理与交付

· 根据平台规范(Meta、Google、Pinterest、YouTube、抖音、Klaviyo/邮件及网站CMS格式)准备交付成果。

· 整理工作文件、模板及导出内容,确保创意素材在各渠道间保持一致且易于访问。

· 及时掌握广告创意、邮件设计、动态设计及平台格式的最新趋势。

资格:

必需

· 2-4年设计经验(代理机构或内部团队),理想情况下需具备付费媒体、增长策略、生命周期管理或数字营销领域经验。

· 根据平台规范(Meta、Google、Pinterest、YouTube、抖音)准备交付物。

· 具备设计电子营销素材(如Klaviyo等电子邮件营销工具)及网页横幅广告的经验。

· 熟练掌握Figma、Adobe Photoshop、After Effects、Premiere Pro和CapCut等软件。

· 具备扎实的构图、版面层次、排版及色彩运用能力。

· 付费平台创意最佳实践的理解(例如:前3秒注意力集中、安全区域、宽高比)。

· 具备高效完成截止任务的能力,能同时管理多个项目,并交付整洁且可直接投入使用的成果。

· 熟悉创意自动化或迭代工具的使用。

语言能力:英语四级及以上水平,流利的口语和书面英语,能阅读理解英文
设计资料,具备和美国&香港公司同事沟通的能力;

工作时间:一周五天工作制,朝九晚六点半,上午9:00--12:00,下午13:30--18:30(不加班)正式入职即购买五险一金

Growth Creative Designer Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Growth Creative Designer (Paid Media) to help bring our brand stories to life through digital advertising and lifecycle marketing.

This role bridges creative design and marketing execution, producing high-performing static, motion, email, and web assets that drive discovery, engagement, and conversion across paid media platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and our owned channels.

You’ll collaborate with our Growth and Creative teams to translate brand messaging into scroll-stopping, direct response visuals, and cohesive lifecycle content. The ideal candidate is a designer with a sharp eye for aesthetic detail, a strong grasp of platform nuances, and a deep understanding of how creative connects to audience behavior.

Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Production

· Design and edit static, carousel, and short-form video ads optimized for paid media placements across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.

· Design email assets, including hero images, modules, and promotional graphics in alignment with retention marketing needs.

· Create website banners (homepage hero, promotional banners, collection banners) that support key campaigns and product launches.

· Maintain visual and tonal consistency across brands (Babyletto, Namesake, and others in the MDB portfolio).

· Adapt brand photography and lifestyle content into performance-ready ad and email creative, incorporating typography, messaging, and motion.

· Repurpose organic and influencer content into platform-native ads that feel authentic and on-brand.

Collaboration & Iteration

· Partner closely with the Growth Marketing team to interpret creative briefs, key messages, and audience insights into compelling visual concepts.

· Collaborate with the Brand Creative and Growth teams to ensure paid ads, emails, and web assets reinforce the broader visual identity and storytelling direction.

· Participate in creative reviews and respond to feedback efficiently and thoughtfully.

· Support creative testing by delivering variations and adaptations that explore different hooks, layouts, or tones.

Asset Management & Delivery

· Prepare deliverables to platform specifications (Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Klaviyo/email, and website CMS formats).

· Organize working files, templates, and exports to ensure creative assets are accessible and consistent across channels.

· Stay up to date on trends in ad creative, email design, motion design, and platform formats.

Qualifications:

Required

· 2–4 years of design experience (agency or in-house), ideally in paid media, growth, lifecycle, or digital marketing.

· Prepare deliverables to platform specifications (Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok).

· Experience designing email assets (Klaviyo or similar ESPs) and web banners.

· Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.

· Strong sense of composition, layout hierarchy, typography, and color.

· Understanding of creative best practices for paid platforms (e.g., attention in first 3 seconds, safe zones, aspect ratios).

· Ability to work efficiently under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and deliver clean, production-ready assets.

Nice to Have

· Experience in motion design (light animation, text overlays, transitions).

· Familiarity with tools used for creative automation or iteration.

· Experience designing for consumer or lifestyle brands targeting millennial audiences.

· Understanding of how creative contributes to performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
