Responsibilities/Duties:

· Releasing blocked opportunities in Sales Force

· Screening and Approve Contract in Sales Force

· Review, Screen and Approve Sample Shipment per compliance policy

· Training stakeholders (FAE, Sales, CSR, Procurement, Logistics)

· Screening and Approve Due Diligence Questionnaire for distributors

· Conduct Customs Broker / Freight Forwarder program per policy

· Monitoring country of origin submission

· Review and Approve Product HS Code classification

· Weekly country of origin update meeting

· Verify Customs Monthly Report (Import & Export)

· Letter of Assurance issue

· Supporting customer survey

· Quarterly Anti-boycott Reporting

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

· Work in a fast-paced environment and get results in a timely manner.

· Knowledge of Windows office required

· Work with a flexible schedule.

· Good English communication skills

· Be honest, positive, active, earnest and careful.
