岗位职责:
1、带领销售团队开发潜在的新经销商,洽谈业务条款,完成销售任务;Lead the sales team in developing potential new distributors, negotiating business terms, and completing sales tasks;
2、招聘并组建销售团队,制定培训计划并对销售团队进行培训;Recruit and build the sales team, make the training plan, and conduct it to sales team;
3、组织销售团队参加当地展会;Organize the sales team to attend local exhibitions;
4、与中国总部沟通,明确销售任务和财务计划;Communicate with the head office in China to clarify sales tasks and financial plans;
5、分析市场和产品趋势,尤其是价格趋势,以制定和调整销售计划;Analyze market and product trends, especially price trends, for making and adjusting sales plans;
6、运营当地网站和社交媒体,特别是提高曝光度,吸引更多关注;Operate the local website and social media, especially increase the exposure and absorb more attention。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,工商管理、市场营销等相关专业;Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Marketing, etc;
2、2年以上市场管理工作经验;More than 2 years of experience in market management。
